Lindsay Lohan's friends reveals: "She's partying uncontrollably again!" 

Lindsay Lohan is currently in Cannes, but not necessarily for the famous film festival. 27-year-old star is in town for the related parties, and her friends say she lost control again - just like before her rehab stay. 

"Lindsay has lost control and is completely crazy in the head," says a friend about Mean Girls actress. "Lindsay does the exact opposite of what she should do," continued the friend, who state that the star both drinking alcohol and taking cocaine again.
